No wonder my blog is not updated more often, I'm inept at the mechanics and getting things in order and then finding and posting things like the other two drafts I started earlier. And for some reason, some of my pictures got turned sideways...
Now quickly, while things are cooperating: I live out of cigar boxes, they're little, light, portable and stackable. One word of caution if you're over 40, make labels on the outside otherwise you open every one looking for your butterfly stamps. They are perfect for stamping supplies. I love the variety in size and the label designs are a treat. The two boxes covered in 60's flocked Contact paper are from my mother's crafting days.

You did it. It looks great, LaVerne. Those metal picnic "baskets" look great all stacked up. Your shallow shelves are perfect fit for the cigar boxes. How wonderful to have that much storage space. Go put your link up so your blog friends can see this! Nancy
I'm 39 and require labels!!! Unless it's in a glass jar... Thus my wide array of things out in the open. Your system is so appealing to the eye! And may I say: beautiful blog header!
Lovelovelove your vintage picnic baskets and those CIGAR BOXES!
I MUST GET SOME OF THOSE! SWEEET!

Ditto on the labels. I never remember where I have put anything...even from two minutes ago. Love the cigar boxes too. I have some, should be putting them to use!
